Courtyard Tapas, a seasonal Spanish tapas and wine bar offers al fresco dining and an extensive tapas and wine menu. Open October through May. Guests can also enjoy poolside dining at Tumbleweeds. The Conference Center, offers elegant and flexible stand-alone meeting space. Moriah Courtyard or the Cook Out Corral are popular for dining or receptions.
